Big Young Disciples (N.B. not running at the moment)

BYD runs every other week during term time, on Mondays from 6 to 7.30pm. The dates of current BYD sessions can be found here. The group is for children aged between 10 and 16.

A typical BYD session has three parts to it. Firstly, there is a time for games (dodgeball is a great favourte!) or simply having a chat. Secondly, there is a time of discipleship, which involves discussing things in the Bible, or engaging with it in a creative way.

This rather splendid chap was made by our young people to illustrate 'the whole armour of God' passage from Ephesians 6.

It all ends with a meal together, and a chance for further chat and company.
